For the month of December lets change it up a bit just for the fun of it?and concentrate on gifts for you. Now I am not?talking cars, boats, or cruises although a cruise might just be the thing for your mental health. I am talking about fun products we women don?t always?buy for?ourselves but that make?an improvement?to our health or how we feel.
?What would be your best present ever if you had your choice? Gifts for women can be not only fun, luxurious, and sexy but healthy too. I hope to find at least 25 categories for healthy fun gifts for women, one for each day until Christmas. Spouses, partners, and children take note.
Gifts don?t have to be large or expensive?to be appreciated. One favorite gift that I love is footie?s or a good pair of socks. Now you may or may not think that is a great gift and you may also not think of it in terms of a gift for health but truly it is.
Soft comfy footie?s are the best. They keep your feet warm and that increases your circulation. Some brands also contain material that softens and helps your skin. The key is to find the brands that have no seams that can cause irritation and that are made of material that stay on your foot and don?t slip off.
Well made and comfortable socks are just as important for foot health. They need to fit well, stay on without being too tight, and be soft and non-irritating. Pricing may make the difference here because cheaper socks tend to be made of material that gets knobby or that has many loose threads which irritate between the toes or the heel.
